Spray protectant for 420 denier nylon hulls?

Does anyone know what can be used to reduce effects of abrasion on nylon cloth hulls? I'm looking for some kind of spray that would soak the nylon cloth fibers and perhaps make them slippery. I'm not dragging the tube on the ground, but I'm starting to see some wear on the bottom after about 100 uses.
