] In Minnesota , you can have as much as you want , but the law states that the operator can get it for DWI just as you can in a car ! Floating down a tube is promoted in several rivers where drinking is part of the trip. I know in Manitoba , which I fish a few times a year , you can not have any liqour on the water , in the boat or on the ice !!!! But pop , Comon...........
