Rich vs not-so-rich

It's every citizen's responsibility to question their elected officials. It always falls on deaf ears but we must continue trying. I'm a Vietnam Vet so I know about freedom and its sacrifices. I didn't realize just what a can of worms (pardon the pun) I'd open with my first post but now that it's out in the open, let's continue and figure out what we can do to change the system (using PETA members for alligator bait would be a good start) so that a good day of fishing is available to all. Of course any day fishing is a good day, by a fisherman's measuring tape.
