I've fished it downstream from the Adams Parkway bridge and caught a few. I have been intrigued walking the paved path upstream from the Riverdale city offices. The path has definitely improved access and there is some decent looking water. The pathway downstream runs clear to the confluence with the Ogden River. According the the DWR that is 5 miles. The stocking numbers for this year for the Weber in Weber County, which would be downstream from the Utah Power Dam at the Rest Area at the head of the canyon show about 12,000 rainbow and 13,000 Browns. Stocking Truck access is pretty limited - Rest Area, mouth of the Canyon until you get to Riverdale. The stocking truck could probably access the entire paved path. Last year it was only 1200 fish, but in 2008 it was 40,400. I'm thinking they are working on developing an urban fishery. Wouldn't it be sweet?
