New small stream technique

Not sure whether my 3wt is fast or slow. I was thinking of overlining it not to slow it down, but because on these little streams you have so little line out that it is hard to have enough line on the water to load the rod at all. I was thinking that with the heavier line it would make up for that and load the rod more. Since I haven't done it I don't know if it would work for me or not, but sounds like it works for some others.

It has been a long time since I used a fiberglass pole. It would be interesting to try them side by side. Dang, I remember when graphite became the rage because of its sensitivity. Fun to see some going back to glass.
