New to fishing...

Hi everyone....

I am new to fishing. I have a spin reel and I use shrimps as bait.

I have learned to cast the reel but I can not fish. As I cast, fishes eat the bait and go away. Some times I can feel tension in the wire, but in the end nothing is there. Do I need to pull the wire as I feel something or just wait.

I live in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Please let me know the tips...

Also some times my hook stucks in the middle of the sea.
