Ya know, way back at the beginning of this post, I made a comment that unless the DWR starts enforcing a few of these law and regulations, this is all one big gigantic moot point.
People who want to take fish, WILL ALWAYS TAKE FISH.
People who want to release fish, WILL ALWAYS TRY AND MAKE PEOPLE WHO TAKE FISH FEEL GUILTY ABOUT IT.
That's just the way it is and nothing will ever change that simple fact. For the sake of our fish, the only hope we have is that people are held accountable for their actions while out on the water and greed does not over come their thinking while the fish is awaiting their decision.
