When we were coming back from Warm Lake two days ago, I decided to swing by the city ramp at Lake Cascade to see if I could get my boat in later in the week. A nice fellow from California was struggling trying to get his boat into the ramp. As he was heading in from the lake, he watched a guy in a pickup with a boat and trailer back in to the only accessible portion of the ramp, get out, lock his truck, climb down the trailer, get in the boat and take off!! Heading out to fish!! The Californian was just way too nice. There were several car/trailer rigs in the parking lot, so they would also have to deal with this. Could this just be stupidity? I thinik not. I would bet he just doesn't care. If it had been me, I would have struggled to not let the air out of one of his rear partially submerged tires or something else. I hope I would have gained my wits about me, but I would give the local police a call. He's got to be breaking some law!? Mike
