Yes it does stink and it is quite messy filleting cats. I can't speak for taste yet, but I have some fillets soaking in Tubedudes cat smoking recipe and will hopefully be able to enjoy them later tonight. I'm sure I'll die shortly thereafter from the toxic chemicals in the fish's flesh so don't wait for a post about how good they taste. I think if I could hook a double and get them both pulling the same direction, I could give Tubedude a good run in his Ferrari. They pull like horses.
