Water level at Boulder Harbor
#12
When the water in 82 went over the overflow then I said do they not know how to monitor the water and sustain the lake level. Now 28 years later I feel they still have no idea as to control the lake level. In Powell it may go down but not as drastic as Mead. Powell may have drought years but not a 125' drop in lake level. To much Calif and Arizona rights, they do not conserve water. They need to build reservoirs off the river and have more storage capacity. All they worry about is electricity and it is all caused by greed.
