[cool][#0000ff]There is always SOME WAY to attach a sonar display and transducer. But there will be variations depending upon the basic mounting system of the sonar and what kind of transducer you get.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]A lot of tubers like the Fishin' Buddies because they have a simple sleeve mount for both the display and transducer. You just have to lash it in place and you are good to go.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]If you want something more exotic, then you usually have to make some kind of base mounting setup...maybe with PVC. I am attaching a couple of pics of a simple PVC frame I came up with that works on tubes and toons. It needs to be lashed or fastened to your craft but then you can simply attach the display to one connector and the transducer to the other.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]If you can provide a picture of your float tube, with the amount of surface area you have to work with, we can possibly offer more definite suggestions. Ditto for the sonar you want to go with.[/#0000ff]
