Invasive species sticker?

Thats what i was told last year by park rangers. we were there for two days and he told us if we didn't have them the next day we would be cited. I came home and researched it made phone calls and sent emails with no clear answers except it said on the parks and recreation site for henrys lake that all vessels must have one .http://parksandrecreation.idaho.gov/parks/henryslake.aspx so i made sure all the stickers i bought this year were put on Velcro backed Plexiglas to swap between driftboat, tubes and pontoons
