Lower Fish Creek reports/advice?

I went up there last week. The flows seem to be about the same as they have been all year. But the water seems to be a little stained. This is the first year I've been going there regularly and have been shocked at a dirty river at the end of the summer. Does anyone know if this is a regular occurance on L. Fish Creek? BTW fishing is not great, but not bad either. Just hope they can manage not to kill off any more fish this year so the river will come back.
