I am not talking to anyone in particular just refering to this thread in general.

I think some of us are getting off track when comparing the the merits of bass and trout. This thread was about catch and release. I just wish there was more information out there that would help us know what is the real problem. With the bass I have an idea it is just too short of a growing season. The bass at Weston looked really healthy, but how long will it take them to grow another four inches? How many years does it take to grow a "keepable" 20" bass at Condie? Not saying things should be changed just wondering whether we could speed things up on certain lakes.
