I think you are right Peter.. that rust is minor... maybe one weekend when you are bored out of your skull and have a half day to hit it all with a brush, primer, and paint... only time Ive ever seen anyone worry is if the rust has gotten to seams, welds, etc and it is affect the structural integrity of the whole frame...
