25 feet is about the deapest, use jig heads, hot-n-tots, with soft plastics, live bait, try crawler harneses cast them out and count the seconds it takes to hit the bottom. make your next cast with the harnes to two seconds befor hitting bottom and crank in slowly but fast enuff to keep it up off the bottom.
you know as well as I do that bass hit on the drop or on the run. the same rules apply in deap water, just dont waist your time looking deaper than 25-30 feet.
