You might try Birch Creek, The Teton River, or the Blackfoot River and its tributaries. I think there is also a Willow Creek up above Ririe Res. And don't forget the braided sections of the Snake River.
There are lots of other streams in the mountains, up toward Island Park and both east and west of Idaho Falls.
