Go out of Bullfrog the ramp at Hit is ifie at best and you can fish your way up, top water should be working most of the day by the time you are there...
Another bait that can work this time of year is Lucky crafts jerk baits...

I will be at Powell on the week of the 11 or so and may post about the trip...( I don't get any notification on reply any more on PM's or posts)
