On Oxbow, they gave me the BS that it is in Oregon.
Still scratching my head on that as it is border waters and F&G WAS in the area. I talked to them at the campground the day before I saw the violations. Unfortunately I couldn't find them that day.
As for getting a ticket from a picture on a forum, No, I do not believe that is right or ethical. If caught in the act then yes.
I also don't believe it is right or ethical that a fellow fisherman on this forum keeps pursuing this to the extent you are. You stated the law, the person in question agreed he was wrong, now is the time to drop it.
