Not to try and fam the flames of another online urinary olympics, but my suggestion is to call Idaho Fish and Game headquarters in Boise, (208) 334-3700 and ask for someone in enforcement. Get the individuals name and ask them the question. Be honest and advise them their answer will be posted on the internet and give them the name of the site (even ask for their e-mail so you can shoot them a link to this thread). Try to be unbiased and explain both sides fairly. See what the answer is...
