Didn't see any kokes - did walk the stream some, tried pitching some spinners across some nice deep pools with lots of structure/ledges, but except for a few small fry - I didn't see any fish further up river. Was hoping to take the waders and fly rod - but that waters dang cold too - and the inlet was a nice spot, except very busy at times. Quite a zoo at most sunsets.
Didn't see any Kokanee at all. Not caught, not barfed up. Not sure about your season - but our Kokes at Porcupine (yeah - like ANY of them are MINE!) - are just starting their spawn.
Yeah that school swarms around - some toads in there. They'd kinda show up, strut around, and then move off. Didn't see any go up stream - saw some canoes and rafts disappear up there for a time...
For certain - those bulls are smart fish - comes with age and maturity. Experience. A resource to take care of indeed.
