Small streams in Eastern Idaho

I have been craving some stream fishing, but can't find a decent spot to go. I have tried parts of the Bear River and the Portneuf. ---- Moss is the boss where I went!! Is there some secret spots to go on these?

Does someone have some ideas on where to try and some access points??

PM would probably be best for the small streams.
