I'd point you to my recent report on fishing Alturas and Redfish, but I might further incriminate myself!
What I CAN say - is carefully read the regulations about Bull trout, and make sure you follow them. But I can also confirm - there are some NICE bull trout up there. This beasty was 4-5 pounds.
I've been told (camp host) that the rivers around Sun Valley - Ketchum are stocked especially well - due to all the MONEY around there.
There were lots of catchable rainbows at Alturas Inlet. Plus about 1/3 of the hike-able lakes are stocked. There are some nice cutthroats and brookies to be found.
Salmon eggs seemed to be choice overall.
Both Alturas and Redfish hold Kokes - but mostly small ones from what I understand. I didn't find any, but I was bank-tangling. Riggers are the way to go for kokes for sure.
