Why do you think they are stunted? I am catching bigger and bigger perch and walleye here lately. I have only been able to get out a few times this year but it seems I am catching less walleye then the past few years but they are getting bigger and a little more spread out now and the perch are getting freakishly big there now. A friend of mine just had a fish fry were they had caught about a hundred perch all larger then 13 inches.
