You're right about that, It's how the fish is handled in the process that causes the potential harm. The fish in the photo I posted above certainly wasn't harmed from the photo. [quote hulapopper]

Thanks for acknowledging that it's illegal at least! Nobody's drawing and quartering anybody, nor was it an attack. I simply thought they might like to know that the pictures of them show them doing something illegal. I would hope somebody would enlighten me if the situation was reversed, and I certainly wouldn't argue about it, I'd say whoops, delete the pics and learn from my mistake.
