This is something I've always wanted to do. I bought some traps a few years ago and tried them in the Snake by Ontario while duck hunting but never did any good. Anybody have any honey crawdad holes close to Boise? Box Canyon and Niagra Springs are around Hagerman, right? That would be doable for me. Ron - is there any time of the year or day that it is best and (if you don't mind me asking) is there a particular spot or kind of water at Box Canyon or Niagra Springs where it works best? Thanks for getting me fired up about pursuing another outdoor adventure - my wife is going to be thrilled (she's an indoor girl).
