Spent the last week up at the family cabin on Bills Island. Went out to Trude's every morning for some fishing before breakfast. The full moon always makes fishing tough up there. Was able to catch a few every morning between 18"-22". Biggest went 3 lbs. Caught most of them with a worm and marshmellow in about 19 feet of water. Purple powerbait did alright as well. Water is 68 degrees. Didn't see alot of fish jumping due to them eating all night with the full moon I'm sure...
'Ol Trude's corn field must of flooded cause every fish we caught was full of corn. Must of been a flood cause how else would that much corn get in the water for those fish to eat?[:p]
I'll post some pics in a bit...
