BFT, as a site, does not promote illegal activities, though there are many threads over time that do. Discussions on subjects are good but many threads that lean the way of promoting illegal activities should be
treated the same as other threads that get locked and the member being warned then put on suspension.
What is "BFT"? BFT is a site made up of members. When the members start promoting illegal activities, could one say those members represent the site?
[#800000]BFT and it's moderators do not promote or encourage any illegal activites of any kind.[/#800000]
BFT and it's moderators also do not discourage or remove discussions on illegal activities. What is the job of a moderator??
Free speech is fine. Encouraging the illegal transporting of fish isn't.
There are many people on this site that participate in discussion centered around illegal activities. If this were my site, and if I were a moderator (which I probably should be thanks to a moderator vote that I won!!), I would knock the crap out of those threads.
Comments made suggesting the illegal transport and stocking of fish, even when made in jest, are bad. They should not be tolerated and should be removed immediately. Search through this site and you'll find hundreds of threads and comments encouraging and promoting the illegal transport and stocking of fish. It is what it is. If it offends you that I've called you out -- then maybe you should do something about it!
