if you fish salmon dam i would bet jackpot would be a good spot to camp the first night and if you get to cactus petes before 10 pm that have a great buffet. one thing about salmon dam i don't think there is any shade whats so ever and it can get mighty hot. cj on the other hand has plenty of camping and some tall leafy trees [cool] when the reservoir gets slow somtimes below the dam and on down stream below the bridge can produce trout and bass in good numbers
