I don't see anything that states it is a dual bladder system.

30 thrust is as big as you can go warranty wise, and no, the battery is sold separately.
The more hours from a battery means the bigger and heavier unfortunately.
You will be looking at around 15 lb for the motor and 50 to 60 lbs for the battery.

I recommend waders of some sort, fins you can get some fairly inexpensive.
Depending on what fins you choose will determine the type of footwear.

Do not forget PFD's. Even if you do not wear them, you must have them within reach.

CA. does have some regulations about ORANGE being on the tube/toon and of course carry a tow rope/ whistle/ radios are great. Compasses are cool also.
