Hello all. I'm new to this forum so take it easy on me!
I'd like to get into burbot fishing. We don't have a boat, so I'll be fishing of piers in winter on lake Erie. What tackle would you recommend for fishing burbot before the ice comes?
Reel, rod, line, lure, anything.
I here they don't fight, so i was thinking a medium action spinning set-up with 8-10lb test. Would that be ok?
