welcome and keep the questions coming and your ideas as well.
I use plano type lure boxes, some have adjustable compartments otheres don't. I usually have an idea of what I am going to use and need so I make sure they fit in the box or boxes. This also helps to have some organiztion and of course prevents punctures.
When I change lures it's nice to have a piece of foam or fur to hook the lure in I am going to use and then to hook the lure on after I have cut it off the line. Then whendone I can "safely" put things back in the container and then away in the pocket.
I have found it a great asset to have a hard apron like TD as showed us all. Having a firm "table" to land fish and change lures is great! I have taken magnetic stripping like is used on cars for advertizing or in tool boxes and double sticked it to the top to help hold hooks for a short time. I also have added some hard plastic bait boxes with lids to hold worm pieces and hooks I am not ready to put away.
