Little Dell

A buddy and I hit up ice off at Little Dell and had a good time. Caught 8 on streamers at the inlet. Its a lot higher now, but I have been back a few times a few weeks back. Unfortunately I had to lay my flypole down and use a spincaster to get where the fish were with the water being high and I without a kick boat. Kastmasters worked great though. I went middle to late June several times in the evening and mornings and always caught a few. Real nice cutts. Had a friend come one morning with his pontoon but he didn't get anything with his fly rod. I think I got 5 on the kastmaster. I don't like to admit it, but ever since ice off only the kastmaster has brought me luck there. I've just been fishing from shore though.
