I've used this site before:
http://www.ptoccentral.org/Data_and_Reports/
Under Web Queries, you can access the Adult Ladder Returns (available for all Columbia/Snake River dams), or the Small scale interrogation site detections, which will show all in-stream records of adult fish passing any fixed or temporary tracking systems.
It's pretty complicated, but extremely cool. Fish tags detected at any site can be searched to determine tracking history up the river system, release date, tag date, all kinds of info. I believe you have to register, but it's free.
I haven't looked at it for salmon yet this year, but used it to track the awesome steelhead run this winter.
