What parts you waiting for?
I like where you are going, but if I could offer a little been there done that observation:
First the apron.
I see it is tied to the Oar towers, but is it connected to the Lean bar? If so, how do you slide the platform and lean bar up with it on?
Secondly, The brace for the lean bar. You have to clip it to lock it down every time?
Dave's is similar, but it has a notch in the metal strap and a bolt that the notch clips on to. One easy movement. Flip the strap up and the bar goes down, no clips.
Lastly, the deck. Isn't there holes in the side of the deck? They are for the straps. Is that strap loop stainless?
Meant to tell you, I got the aprons I told you about. $20. each
The ONLY connect to two snaps on the side of the seat so out of the way from the standing platform.
