Tube jigs are quite simple. Simply tie it to the end of your line, you can bait it or not, lower it to the deep you believe your target fish are and simply twit or move it up and down at different speeds and length of movement. Or cast it out and retrieve it with it bounceing on the bottom or staying in the water column.
