We got new snow on the 7,000 ft peaks yesterday. I am pretty sure that very little if anything is open yet.
Here is a link to a webcam at Stanley, Idaho. The camera is located at 6,200 ft. If you look at the mountains around Stanley you can get a pretty good idea of the current snow level up there. You can also use Google Earth to tell you the elevation of what you can see on the camera.

Most of our high mountain lakes that you hike into are above 8,000 ft at least. Usually mid to late July is a safer bet.
