I use snowy laundry soap and through them in the washer on a gentle cycle and cold or warm water. Then hang them up wrong side out by the feet. On warm days (if we ever get one of those) it only takes an hour or so to dry completely and that is the feet, the rest dries really fast.
Now boot foot are a little different. Still use the snowy, but a bucket and out on the lawn or driveway.
