I would think that bumper has got to effect the movement. Instead of an arrow, a blunt surface. It is more like a donut now. Still, donuts are easy enough to move in water.
I am waiting the year for a report on that battery. I tried the smaller batteries in the early stages of my tube/tooning and found that nothing can beat the big ones.
