I had pretty much the same experience as Duksnfish. I fished Glendale two weeks ago. The water temp was 47 degrees. I could see fish on the finder, but could not get any to bite at all.

At least it warmed up a few degrees in a week!

I haven't seen where anyone in the southeast area has caught any of the panfish in the lakes.
