I am far from being the expert of SFCR. Ron actually has had very impressive reports of SFCR and there are 2 guys in the Magic Valley Fly Fishers that are amazing, especially Glen, who have been frequent catchers of the 20"+ on walleye and are very good at finding the Henry's Fork Hybred planted in SFCR like maybe in 2006.
I have been on most of the roads around the Reservoir and can help on choosing where to go depending on your vehicle. Some of the 2-tracks are rough and some of the areas to put in can be muddy. However the main places are nice but can be crowded with campers and the like.
Yes I have found that map and others and I bought a BLM CD of Idaho a few years back that I can just print out where I am going. Sportsmans has a nice computer program that is quite good but when it comes down to it those simple pencil type maps tell most of the story.
Hope the time tables come together I always look forward to meeting other BFTers.
