My mistake then. I must be 
. I thought it was all of the same irrigation co, and that when they didn't get approval for the dam in the Narrows, they were threatening to take all of their reservoirs private or drain them. Thus they drained Winder and Foster without enough time for many of the fish to be moved etc. May be all gossip! Wish I could get some clear facts.
Do you know what lakes they do own?
Anyway, good for the guys on Glendale for not messing up things while making repairs!
