If states that don't have invasive species don't want out of state boaters bringing them in it's a pretty easy fix. Stop all boats at the State Border Inspection stations. Inspect the boat and charge the the $30.00 fee to pay for the inspection. How many roads are there that boats cross the state line into Wyoming or Idaho. Very few.
