We can all sit around and think we are fisheries biologists, but until you work with NDOW, and see why they do what they do, you really wont know what the hell you are talking about. And it is pretty ignorant to think that you are just as qualified as those people. If you have a "four year biologist degree" (what is that- a lazy associates?) then go get a job with NDOW, where you can put your lip-flappin' to work.
