The best source on the West Coast is Sunrise Bait Company. Do a Google search for them and you can order online. Cured or Fresh Frozen for Sturgies. These guys rock!

Curing roe for Salmon is different that curing for Steelies. I recommend Borax with Raspberry Jello Mix and no salt. Open the skeins and cure, cut into usable size berries and freeze, then seal in seal-a-meal packages after frozen and they will keep for years in your freezer.
