For trolling try long lining rapalas that look like perch minnows, all the trout we have recently caught are just FULL of minnows, Silver or gold mepps work pretty well too 
Troll in front of the dam all along the shorliine by "medicare beach to mexican cove" if that doesnt work swing the other way and go accross the rocks and towards the silo! send me a priv message if u need more
