Glad to see everyone pretty much has the same idea. When I go steelhead fishing I usually only keep tight hens for the eggs. By smoking these hens that gives me plenty of fish for fam and friends. I'll keep a big buck for smoking every once in awhile. i usually let trout and bass go cuz catching them is fun eating them not so much for me. Salmon if its legal I will keep it cant get enough salmon in the diet.
