The two best places in the nampa area would be Lake Lowell and Wilson ponds. Wilson ponds is located on south powerline road and is a fish and game area. The have multiple ponds with different species of fish. They stock it frequently. Lake Lowell is South of Nampa and is between Nampa and Caldwell. You will find mostly large mouth bass there, but bluegill and crappie are in it too.
