I would check on the Malad area lakes. I don't know if they are open or not, but you would probably have a good chance there.
Twin Lakes is usually good for fishing too and it is open.
Oneida was ice free and has fish.
Lamont and Johnson were still ice covered, but they should open soon.
Foster was open but has been drained the last few years and fish and game have stopped restocking it. - not much in there.
Little Oxford is open, but not stocked. Not sure if anything calls it home.
Hawkins is very small, still mostly ice, and prone to getting fished out. It hasn't been stocked yet this year.
