Wyoming has imposed a $30 fee on out of state boats.
#36
We all know this is BS and only a $ generator for states. Taxing me will not prevent the problem. Wash stations at the boarders might help and will do the best job preventing IM from crossing boarders. Pay for a wash at each weight station is what's needed (no need for one on each side of the boarder either). Granted this will not prevent IM from reaching our state but may help. So what's the problem if they do come here, who's affected? Irrigators, Dams, and moored boats! Well I don't fall in any of those categories. Let ID Power, irrigation companies and rich people pay for it. I will do what is right and power wash my boat when I cross a state line. During re-licensing ID Power should have been held responsible since they have the most at risk and the most money.

OK, I'm done ranting but have you guys heard Alaska just outlawed felt lined wadders? Only for people fishing though! Yes, You can pan for gold, collect rocks, take pictures or pick berries or cross streams in felt soled wadders shoes but don't dare fish. The IM will not even live in those areas let along survive the trip. If I was a betting man I would say we will seen the same restrictions within a couple years.
